This week Saudi Arabian forces blasted a bus full of children to pieces in Yemen leaving at least 29 dead and many more severely injured, which is just one of countless war crimes the Saudis have committed since they began bombarding the country in 2015.
Other Saudi war crimes include attacks on busy market places, wedding celebrations and fleeing refugees, the targeting of civilian infrastructure like electricity and water treatment plants, and the deliberate use of famine and disease as weapons through their ongoing blockade of food and basic medical supplies and attacks on distribution infrastructure.

The bus bombing was so appalling that a small amount of coverage actually leaked into the UK mainstream media, however everyone knows that if Bashar Assad's regime had blasted a bus full of Syrian children to pieces, then there would have been wall to wall outrage, with plenty of condemnation of Russia for supplying Syria with weapons and playing an active military role in supporting Assad's campaigns.
Interestingly none of the UK mainstream media coverage bothers to explain that not only is Saudi Arabia Britain's biggest customer for weapons, the UK is also supplying the Saudi forces with military assistance!
The omission of these crucial details from mainstream media coverage of Saudi war crimes is an example of the propaganda tactic of deception by omission.
Take the BBC's coverage of the Saudi bus-bombing that left at least 29 children dead. Towards the end of the article it does actually mention that starvation and cholera as now rife in Yemen, but without bothering to explain that the Saudi forces are actually using famine and disease as weapons against the Yemeni people.
The BBC article also makes no mention whatever of Britain's role in arming the Saudi war criminals, nor the British service personnel that are embedded with the Saudi forces.
Another thing the BBC fail to mention in their coverage is that the United Kingdom government have more than quadrupled the amount of arms being sold to Saudi Arabia since they began their attacks on Yemen.

Neither do the BBC bother to mention that the official Tory government excuse for Britain arming the Saudis is that if Britain doesn't profit from Saudi war crimes, then someone else might!
There's absolutely no way that balanced or impartial coverage of what the Saudis are doing in Yemen would seek to downplay their deliberate use of famine and disease as weapons, or omit the fact that the United Kingdom government is actively supporting the Saudi regime, despite knowing that the Saudis are using British weapons to commit war crimes.
But then after the staggering levels of BBC bias demonstrated through their ridiculously one-sided pro-austerity/anti-investment economics coverage, their extraordinary bias during the Scottish independence referendum, their recent assault on the free speech of Scottish independence advocates, and their shockingly pro-Tory/anti-Corbyn coverage from their politics team, it's hardly surprising that they're desperate to minimise and downplay Saudi war crimes, and omit the fact that the Tory government are complicit in them.

Just imagine how thick you'd have to be to actually believe Theresa May's faux concerns about the suffering of the people in Syria.
Just imagine how much gullibility it would take to actually believe that Theresa May bypassed parliament and defied public opinion to attack Syria because she cares so much about the people who live there.
Theresa May doesn't give a damn about Israeli snipers gunning down journalists and unarmed protesters in Gaza as if killing Arabs is some kind of highly entertaining sport.
She hasn't spoken out against this barbarism and her government still allow arms export licences to Israel so that the Israeli military can use British manufactured weapons against the massively over-populated open air prison that is Gaza.
Theresa May doesn't give a damn about her Turkish mates shooting the Kurdish Rojava in the back as they try to fight off the Saudi-backed ISIS terrorists in front of them.
She hasn't spoken out against these disgusting attacks and her government still allow arms export licences to Turkey so that they can use British manufactured weapons to attack the brave Rojava fighters who are defending their people from ISIS.
Theresa May doesn't give a damn about her tyrannical Saudi mates bombing civilians, attacking refugees, and deliberately causing famine in Yemen.
She hasn't spoken out against these disgusting war crimes and her government still allow arms export licences to Saudi Arabia so that they can use British manufactured weapons to commit their war crimes with, because if we didn't cash in by selling them the weapons, someone else might (yes this is actually the UK government's official position).
And you don't even have to look abroad to find proof of Theresa May's callous disregard for human life, because she doesn't even give a damn that tens of thousands of (mainly vulnerable) British people have died because of her party's sickening obsession with austerity dogma.
She knows perfectly well that thousands have died as a result of Tory cuts to the NHS, to the social care system, to the police and fire services, and to the welfare system, but she's intent on imposing even more hard-right austerity cuts, and inflicting even more suffering and death on her own damned people.
So how on earth could anyone actually believe that this ghoulish and obsessively self-serving woman gives the slightest damn about the suffering of people in Syria?

Theresa May knows perfectly well that the Islamist tyrants who rule Saudi Arabia have been conducting a brutal campaign of airstrikes in Yemen that have resulted in the deaths of tens of thousands of people, including over 5,000 children. And she knows that a significant proportion of these airstrikes have been classified as war crimes because they've been carried out against civilian targets and refugees.
Theresa May also knows that the Saudis have been blockading food and medical supplies to the country too, meaning that famine and preventable diseases are rife.
She knows because all of this stuff has been debated in parliament, where her Foreign Secretary Boris Johnson made the grotesque argument that Britian should continue selling the Saudi tyrants the weapons they're committing their war crimes with because if Britain doesn't profit from these war crimes, someone else might.
Yesterday the Saudis carried out yet another air strike in the Ghamer area of Saana, resulting in at least ten civilian deaths including women and children, with several more suffering severe injuries too.
Swathes of the UK mainstream press continue to turn a blind eye to this campaign of Saudi airstrikes against Yemeni civilians, their war crimes, their execution of refugees, and the famine they're creating because this stuff is really inconvenient for Theresa May and the Westminster establishment club who rolled out the red carpet for the Saudi tyrants just a few weeks ago in order to flog them even more weapons to commit these atrocities with.
And even if you're the kind of person who can turn a blind eye to these military attacks against civilians and the use of famine as a military tactic just because the victims are brown people in a far off land, don't forget that Theresa May is still hiding the report into the funding of terrorist activities in the UK that allegedly points the finger at the Saudi tyrants.
Theresa May simply doesn't care about the victims of her actions. She doesn't care about the dead children in Yemen, or those dying from famine and preventable disease, or even that her Saudi mates are suspected of funding terrorism in the UK.
All she cares about is making sure that Britain stays at the top of the list to supply weapons for the Saudi tyrants for them to commit their war crimes with.
And to think that she pretends to be a Christian.

Anna Campbell gave up her comfortable western lifestyle and her job to travel to the Kurdish region of northern Syria in order to fight ISIS. She did this because the democratic Kurdish Rojava are demonstrably the only real good guys in the brutal Syrian civil war (the other main forces being the Assad regime, ISIS, other Islamist terrorists, Russia, Turkey, and the increasingly marginalised anti-Assad rebels who kicked the whole thing off).
Of course she knew that she was putting her life in danger by taking up arms to defend Kurdish democracy from the threat of ISIS, but she wanted to help make the world a better place.
Anna was killed last week as a result of Turkish shelling in the Kurdish town of Afrin.
Turkey has continually intervened in the Syrian conflict in order to attack the Kurdish forces that are trying to drive ISIS and the other Islamist fanatics out of Syria.
Turkey also stands accused of allowing Islamist extremists and military supplies to flow across the border into and out of Syria, treating wounded ISIS fighters in Turkish hospitals, and funding ISIS by buying their oil.
Aside from their interventions in Syria to support ISIS and other Islamist terrorist groups, Turkey itself is in the grip of a brutal and repressive dictatorship. There are more journalists in Turkish jails than any other country on earth.
Theresa May and the Tories don't care about any of this though. Human rights violations in Turkey, support for vile Islamist terrorists in neighbouring countries, attacks on the Kurds who are fighting back against ISIS ... it's all swept under the carpet because just like Saudi Arabia, Turkey is a marketplace for British weapons.
Just a couple of months ago Theresa May and the Tories signed a £100 million fighter jet deal with the Turkish tyrant ErdoÄŸan.
And Theresa May and the Tories have also flogged an incredible £4.6 billion worth of arms Saudi Arabia in the full knowledge that they're a barbaric tyranny that funds, arms, and supplies terrorist fighters to ISIS, and also uses British weapons to commit war crimes in Yemen.
If Anna Campbell hadn't been killed by the British-backed Turkish forces behind her, she could just have easily have been killed by the Saudi Arabian and Turkish backed ISIS terrorists in front of her. Both of the enemies that wanted to kill Anna and wipe out the emerging democracy in Kurdistan are ultimately backed by Theresa May and the Tories.
Probably the worst thing of all is that it's only really in unusual cases where this Tories' grotesque foreign policy of hawking weapons to the most brutal and tyrannical regimes on earth ends up killing a British citizen that the British media pay any kind of attention.
So often the British press are willing to turn a blind eye when it's gays and atheists being beheaded and crucified in Saudi Arabia; huge numbers of Yemeni civilians suffering Saudi war crimes and starvation; dozens of Turkish journalists languishing in jail for doing their jobs; millions of civilians displaced in Syria and Iraq as the Turkish/Saudi backed Islamist terrorists run amok; or hundreds of Kurdish democratic fighters being shot in the back by Turkish forces as they try to defend their region from Islamist terrorism.
When Britain should be following Anna Campbell's lead and standing in solidarity with one of the few genuinely democratic movements in the Middle East, our government actually arms and supports the tyrants who seek to destroy them.

Just days after the blinkered Tory propagandist Tim Montgomerie accused Jeremy Corbyn of being "an apologist for terror" Theresa May and the Tories are welcoming the Saudi tyrant Mohammed Bin Salman to Britain for a state visit.
Who cares that the Saudi tyrants have been spreading terrorism across the Middle East and the world for decades?
Obviously not the Tories, because they're just as aware as the Americans that Saudi Arabia is one of the main sources of arms, fighters, and funding for ISIS, yet they've rolled out the red carpet for them.
Who cares that the Saudi tyrants have been committing outrageous war crimes in Yemen for the past three years?
Obviously not the Tories, because they're intent on ensuring that the Saudis continue to use British-made weapons to commit these war crimes because, as Boris Johnson told parliament last year, if we didn't sell them weapons, someone else would.
Who cares that Saudi Arabia is one of the most disgusting tyrannies on earth where people are sentenced to death by beheading or crucifixion for "crimes" such as atheism, homosexuality, and attending pro-democracy protests.
Obviously not the Tories, because in 2012 the Tories cobbled together a secret deal with these vile human rights abusing Saudi tyrants to vote them onto the United Nations' Human Rights Council!
So today Theresa May is welcoming the Saudi tyrant Mohammed Bin Salman to London, and she's offering up as many bribes and favours as she can muster in order to beg for some more of their oil cash.
To mark the occasion London is adorned with the kind of grotesque personality cult propaganda that is more akin to something you'd see in a Middle Eastern dictatorship or North Korea, than the capital of a major European city (see image).
Apparently the purpose of Bin Salman's visit is to cherry pick a selection of British companies to acquire for Saudi Arabia.
Who would have thought that "taking back control" would involve our government begging Saudi tyrants to prop up our faltering economy with their oil cash, and allowing them to buy up a load of British companies.
What absolute brass neck the Tories have got to slur their political opponents as supporters of terrorism and tyranny when they're literally grovelling at the feet of Islamist tyrants from Saudi Arabia.
Labour have pledged to stop arms sales to countries like Saudi Arabia that brutally repress their own people, arm and fund terrorists, and commit genocide and war crimes against their neighbours, yet the Saudi-grovelling Tories accuse Labour of what they're guilty of themselves.
But then accusing your opponents of what you're actually guilty of yourself has always been one of the most distinctive extreme-right propaganda tactics.
This kind of reality-reversing propaganda works in two main ways. It's sufficient in its own right to convince those who are naive enough to mindlessly rote learn their opinions from the mainstream media, but it also creates confusion amongst others by creating a reverse reality to compete with the observable facts and evidence.
If they can't convince us to believe in their reality-reversed propaganda, then they're hellbent on gaslighting us so much that we begin to doubt our own sanity.
Thus the Saudi tyrants with jails full of atheists, pro-democracy protesters, and homosexuals awaiting execution are cast as kind and benevolent reformers to be welcomed with open arms ... and the political party that are sucking up to these brutal wonderful Saudi tyrants benefactors, and are propped up by a bunch of sectarian terrorist-backed bigots from Northern Ireland, continually accuse their political opponents of supporting tyranny and terrorism!

You may find the claims made in the title image of this article hard to believe, but I will back up everything with sources.
The UK government stands accused of sitting on a report into terrorist financing that implicates Saudi Arabia. They are attempting to keep the report secret because they claim that the contents are "very sensitive".
Of course the contents are "very sensitive" if it's revealed that terrorist networks that are operating in the UK are receiving funding from Saudi Arabia and other Gulf states that are our supposed "allies".
That's undoubtedly the kind of stuff that can actually bring governments down if it's released at election time.
Sources about the existence of this secret report: Guardian, Independent, Newsweek
It's common knowledge that Theresa May visited Riyadh in April 2017 in order to suck up to the brutal Islamist Saudi tyrants, and to flog them more British weapons.
We all remember her getting more "outraged" about a fake news story about a National Trust Easter egg hunt dropping the word Easter when they didn't drop the word Easter at all, than about the fact that the Saudi tyrants repress women, behead people for renouncing Islam, literally crucify and then behead teenagers for attending pro-democracy protests and the like ...
Fewer people seem to realise that the British parliament has officially recognised that Saudi Arabia is using British weapons to commit their horrific war crimes in Yemen.
Source: Foreign Affairs Select Committee Report
The idea of Theresa May hawking weapons to Saudi Arabia in the full knowledge that they use these weapons to commit war crimes against civilians in Yemen should send shudders down any decent British person's spine, but somehow the Tories get away with this absolutely sickening behaviour.
Boris Johnson even justified it in parliament with the argument that if we don't sell them weapons to commit war crimes with, somebody else will!
We also know that Theresa May must be fully aware that Saudi Arabia is a major source of funding for terrorist networks in Iraq, Syria and Libya. It's totally clear that the Western intelligence services have known about this for years. The leaked Hillary Clinton emails prove that Saudi financing of terrorism was known about at the highest levels. It's inconceivable that as Home Secretary she didn't know.
So we know that Theresa May knew about Saudi Arabia committing war crimes with British weapons when she was hawking more weapons to the Saudis (totally outrageous), and we know that she knew about the Saudis funding terrorist networks across the middle east when she was hawking them weapons (irrefutably outrageous), but what we don't know is whether she's was aware of the report into the Saudi funding of UK based terrorist networks when she was hawking them weapons (which would be indescribably far beyond outrageous).
So the question has to be whether anyone in the mainstream press is actually going to attempt to hold Theresa May to account?
More specifically:
- Is anyone in the mainstream press actually going to ask Theresa May to explicitly justify selling weapons to Saudi Arabia when she knows they're using British weapons to commit war crimes?
- Is anyone in the mainstream press actually going to ask Theresa May to explicitly justify selling weapons to Saudi Arabia when she undoubtedly knows about the Saudi financing of terrorist networks across the middle east?
- Is anyone in the mainstream press actually going to ask Theresa May how Salman Abedi (the Manchester bomber) was allowed to pass through the UK border having been in the terrorist breeding grounds of Libya and Syria, and despite a warning from the US that he was planning a terrorist attack against the UK (and five warnings from the Manchester Muslim community)?
- Is anyone in the mainstream press actually going to demand that Theresa May release the report into the funding of terrorist networks in the UK before the election?
- Finally, and most importantly: Is anyone in the mainstream press actually going to ask Theresa May whether she already knew about the contents of the report into the funding of UK based terror networks as she was selling weapons to the Saudis in April?

When you see lovely Theresa sucking up to the Saudis and flogging them weapons, remember that they're the lovely fanatical Islamist tyrants, and that it's ISIS (who are, of course, in no way funded, armed and trained by Saudis) who are the nasty fanatical Islamist tyrants.
It's not like the leaked Clinton emails prove that the west have known all about Saudi Arabia arming ISIS since at least 2014. No. No. No!
It's not like the Saudis themselves admit that there are thousands of Saudis fighting for and training Islamist terrorist organisations in places like Syria, Libya and Iraq. No. No. No!
It's not like Saudi Arabia have a long history of destabilising the Muslim world by pushing their violent and barbaric Wahabist interpretation of Islam in their petrodollar funded madrasas. No. No. No!
No!
Just No!
Saudi Arabia are our wonderful friends, and they're perfectly within their rights to behead people for renouncing Islam or being homosexual, to repress women, to literally crucify and behead teenagers for attending a pro-democracy march, and use British manufactured weapons to commit horrific war crimes in Yemen.
Just don't worry your pretty little head about Saudi Arabia.
Now look at this picture of Jeremy Corbyn meeting the leader of the Sinn Féin political party during the peace process in Northern Ireland and let the hate flow through you.
That is all.

The United States repeatedly leaking the intelligence that the British shared with them is yet another example of America spitting in Britain's face, and the Tory government doing nothing but impotently stamp their little feet in response.
The theory is that the UK has an intelligence sharing agreement with the United States so that the two nations can cooperate against terrorist threats and the like. In reality it seems that the agreement exists so that US spooks can leak classified British intelligence details to their chums in the United States press.
After the name of the Manchester bomber was leaked by the Americans, the Home Secretary Amber Rudd called the leak "irritating" and said that it "should not happen again".
Within hours of her saying it shouldn't happen again, US spooks leaked a load of pictures of the blast scene to the New York Times.
There's no other way of seeing this than as a huge humiliation for Amber Rudd. The Americans spat in her face by leaking the name of the killer, she stamped her little foot and said it should not happen again, then they launched an even bigger gob at her by leaking actual pictures from the blast site, laughing at her impotence as they did it.
Just imagine if the boot was on the other foot and it was British spooks repeatedly leaking highly sensitive evidence from an ongoing US investigation into a terrorist atrocity.
Do you think Trump would put on a petulant little display of foot stamping (like Rudderless and Mayhem) or do you think he'd be furiously lambasting the UK to his Twitter followers, demanding that the source(s) of the leak be identified and punished, and plotting retribution against the UK?
Of course he would.
These intelligence leaks are far from the first time the Americans have humiliated the UK.
The huge $110 billion US arms deal with Saudi Arabia just a month after Theresa May went on a sandal-licking mission over there to win more arms contracts was an obvious humiliation.
The Tory business model is fundamentally reliant on hawking weapons to war criminals, and for years the UK has been Saudi Arabia's main arms dealer. Trump's just blasted us out of the water by signing this huge arms deal with the UK's main customer just a month after May was over there bowing and scraping to the sick Islamist tyrants.
Before that it was Donald Trump's chief financial adviser explaining that Brexit is "a God-given opportunity" for Britain's financial rivals to steal our trade.
Even after hearing the Americans talking about us like that, Theresa May decided to humiliate Britain by scuttling over to America to hold The Donald's hand, shower him in praise, and beg him for a trade deal.
Trump may be a bigoted, narcissistic and profoundly-ignorant bully, but he's certainly has the cunning to spot weakness and take advantage of it, and Theresa May headlong rush over to America to beg him for a trade deal was about as pathetic a display of weakness and subservience as it's possible to imagine.
Yes of course the situation we're in is not entirely her fault because she inherited the impossibly weak diplomatic position David Cameron left her (needing to beg other countries for trade deals because we just sent a great big "fuck you" to 8 of our top 10 trading partners), but her displays of cowering decrepitude have made the situation a whole lot worse.
Having put ourselves in such a desperately weak diplomatic position by voting to tear up relations with our neighbours, the UK was never going to be getting an easy ride from the Trump administration, but Theresa May's craven subservience has clearly exacerbated the situation.
You can either be in a weak position and stand defiant, or you can be in a weak position and go around licking boots and begging for favours.
The outcome from putting ourselves in such a weak diplomatic position is almost certainly going to be extreme economic chaos and the national humiliation of having actually inflicted this mess upon ourselves, but at least we could have gone down with a bit of self-respect with a stronger and less craven leader.
Theresa May's weakness and subservience has led to the additional humiliation of our so called special friend laughing at us and repeatedly spitting on us on our way down.

I've seen rather a few people spreading the idea that the Manchester Arena atrocity was a "false flag" attack orchestrated by the British state in order to influence the outcome of the General Election in favour of the Tory party.
In this article I'm going to explain why I think that conspiracy theorising about "false flags" is deeply unhelpful, and look at the real political causes and the potential ramifications of such a serious terrorist attack at one of the pivotal moments of the 2017 election campaign.
Background
The five days before Salman Abedi killed at least 32 innocent people by blowing himself up at the Manchester Arena were nothing short of a political meltdown for the ruling Tory party.
Their near-universally hated policy of asset stripping people who need social care in order to fund even more corporate tax breaks was going down like a shit pancake; their poll lead in England was evaporating, their poll lead in Wales completely reversed in a matter of days, their totally uncosted "magic money tree" manifesto was being ridiculed by all, Theresa May was clearly buckling badly under the pressure of some totally unexpected light criticism from regular Tory cheerleaders like Laura Kuenssberg and the Daily Mail.
A suspension of election campaigning couldn't possibly have come at a better time for the Tory party, which has led some to speculate that the bombing was a "false flag" attack.
Tory security cuts
It's undeniable that the Tory government have spent the last seven years putting their bonkers "let's cut our way to growth" ideological austerity agenda above the security needs of the nation.
They've imposed extreme cuts on the armed forces, the police, the emergency services, hospitals and the UK border agency.
Anyone who tries to deny these cuts have happened, or that such severe cuts could be made without consequences is lying through their teeth.
The Tories clearly put their economically illiterate cost-cutting drive way above the safety of the British public.
False flag?
There's a huge difference between noting that the Tories spent seven years endangering the British public cutting our security services and defunding our emergency services, and saying that they plotted this attack on purpose.
Just imagine the ramifications if they got caught out doing such a plot.
All it would take is one whistleblower or one bit of evidence, and they'd face universal condemnation.
Yes their poll lead had more than halved since the beginning of the election campaign, but would they really risk deliberately planning a terrorist attack against their own country to cling onto power?
That's an incredibly strong position to take with no evidence to back it up.
Discrediting others
In my view anyone making evidence-free claims that this was a Tory "false flag" attack against our own country is guilty of contaminating the political debate with extreme accusations.
By doing this they don't just discredit themselves, they discredit by false association all the reasonable people who oppose this horrifically malicious and incompetent Tory government.
The existence of these evidence-free smears can be picked up by pro-establishment lapdogs and spun into damaging "look at the unthinkable lies that lefties are spreading" narratives.
Only a tiny percentage of people might make these baseless claims, but they can be turned into ammunition by the hard-right and bounced back against all anti-Tories in general.
Do we let the terrorists win?
There is no evidence whatever to support the "false flag" accusations, but there's no doubt whatever that this attack has been highly beneficial to the Tory party.
If this attack has succeeded in halting the Labour surge, and Theresa May walks into Downing Street with a whopping majority, it'll be a huge victory for terrorism.
The terrorist will not only have succeeded in killing and maiming dozens, and traumatising thousands, he'll have fundamentally altered the UK political landscape in favour of a very pro-Saudi, pro-Wahabi political party.
Labour have announced a policy of ending arms sales to Saudi Arabia until they stop committing war crimes in Yemen.
Jeremy Corbyn has talked openly and often about clamping down on the countries that fund ISIS/Daesh. The leaked Clinton emails revealed that the west have known that ISIS is being funded by Saudi Arabia and Qatar. There are at least 2,000 odd Saudis actually fighting for ISIS/Daesh and other Islamist groups in Syria and Iraq.
A derailed Labour surge and a thumping victory for Theresa May would certainly be music to the ears of the Islamist tyrants in Riyadh.
Conclusion
Of course the timing of this atrocity was highly beneficial to a Tory party on the ropes over their disgusting policies, their slipping poll lead, their uncosted manifesto, and their increasingly erratic leader, but I'm not going to entertain any evidence-free conspiracy theories that they plotted this outrageous attack to serve their own interests.
However the evidence-free assertions that the Tories plotted this attack themselves are damaging to the fabric of British political debate. The Tories might well be an incredibly callous party, but in my view they're also far too incompetent to pull something like that off without leaving incriminating evidence all over the place.
The important issues at the moment are that they deserve intense scrutiny about the extreme cuts they imposed on the armed forces, police, emergency services, hospitals and border agency. Also serious questions need to be asked about the emerging accusations that the bomber had been shopped to the police several times for having links to Islamist extremism.
Perhaps the most important issue to consider is the fact that if this atrocity has succeeded in derailing the Labour Party surge, and Theresa May walks into Downing Street with a huge majority, it'll be one of the biggest victories for Islamist terrorism to date.
